Our Policy
We do not accept returns on seed purchases the way you might from a local seed dealer. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds and order cancellations are available up to the point your order ships. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Exceptions to this policy may be made on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Shipping Errors
If a shipping error is our mistake — for example, the wrong product or quantity ships, or your order doesn't arrive as promised due to an error on our part — we will resolve it at no cost to you. Shipping mistakes on our part are not subject to the policy above.
Refunds (if applicable)
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
