Operations Manager — Remote (Lincoln, NE area a plus)
You'd be the person customers hear from and the one who makes sure orders actually land where they're going — owning the support inbox, fulfillment follow-up, vendor coordination, and the dozens of loose ends that come with running seed e-commerce across three brands. It's a software-heavy, AI-forward role on a small team, with steady work year-round and busier stretches in season. You don't need a seed or farming background — a couple of our key operations people came in without one.

Fully remote. If you're near Lincoln, NE, that's a plus — we'd grab occasional in-person time, especially when things are busy.
